Return period

You have 30 days from the day you received your order to return your product. This return period is more generous than the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under EU law.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The product still has all original tags
The product is in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation)

How to return?

Do you have an account? Log in and easily request your return. Checked out as a guest? Send us an email at info@zachtbegin.com with your order number and which product(s) you would like to return
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging
Add a note with your order number and name
Send the package with track & trace to:

Return costs

The costs for return shipping are for your own account.

We advise you to send your return shipment with track & trace and to keep the shipping receipt until you have received the refund.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

In the event of a full return, the standard shipping costs of the original shipment will also be refunded. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping option will not be refunded.

In the event of a partial return, the shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded.

Please note: depending on your bank, it may take a few working days for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or color? For quick processing, we ask you to place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or defective products

Have you received a damaged or defective product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@zachtbegin.com. Send photos of the product and packaging, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
