We ship our products via reliable shipping partners within the Netherlands.
2. Delivery Times
Processing Time
- Orders before 11:00 PM: shipped the next business day
- Orders after 11:00 PM: shipped the next business day
Delivery Time
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days after shipping
- Belgium: 2-7 business days after shipping
Please note: during holidays and busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Costs
Netherlands
• Letterbox package: €4.95
• Standard package: €6.95
Belgium
• Letterbox package: €8.80
• Standard package: €10.60
• Free shipping on orders over €100.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of your order.
4. Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package online and see when it will be delivered.
5. Problems with your delivery
Has your package arrived damaged or have you not received it? Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact details on our website. We are happy to help you resolve the issue.
6. Pick-up
Pick-up is possible! Please contact us via chat or Instagram to make an appointment. Pick-up between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Address: De Vroomedijk 51, 2497 VR Den Haag. Pick-up is always free, and you can take the products with you immediately.
